- Full blackout curtains on a ceiling track

€950/month
Two furnished 35 m² studios, each for one person, with fibre included, facing the Exmà arts centre and the Teatro Doglio.
Fibre is already active and included in the rent. Verde has a desk and an office chair; Blu has a table with chairs. For days out, four coworking spaces are in the centre.

Blu has full blackout curtains on a ceiling track. Both studios have a washer-dryer, a dishwasher and a smart lock with a personal code, so there are no keys to look for when you get home.

Via Logudoro is a few steps from Via Sonnino and Palazzo Doglio, with the Exmà on one corner and the Teatro Doglio on the street.
EXMA – Exhibiting and Moving Arts
The city's municipal arts centre, housed since 1993 in a 19th-century former slaughterhouse (EX MAttatoio, hence the name). Exhibitions, concerts, theatre, workshops and radio programmes; in October and November it hosts FestivalScienza and the Tuttestorie children's literature festival, and in summer it stages shows.
Teatro Doglio
Rediscovered during the restoration works and reopened after about 37 years. Between 100 and 1,000 seats, with foyers and a winter garden. Its seasons mix concerts, musicals, jazz, family shows and conferences.
Palazzo Doglio
A 1920s building that fills a whole block, restored and opened as a hotel of the Leading Hotels of the World group. Its spa is open to the public through a separate entrance on Via Goceano.

Via Logudoro is in Villanova, one of Cagliari's four historic quarters: the quarter of the Holy Week processions and of the Basilica di San Saturnino, the oldest church in the city. The Bastione di Saint Remy and the Santuario di Bonaria are nearby, and the Parco delle Rimembranze and the Colle di Bonaria are within walking distance.
Cagliari ranked 10th among Italian cities for climate in Il Sole 24 Ore's 2013–2023 index, with an average of 8.6 hours of sunshine a day. Winters are mild, and the heat pump also cools in summer.
Autumn
FestivalScienza and Tuttestorie at the Exmà, the FIND contemporary dance festival at the Bastione di Saint Remy, and a new season at the Teatro Doglio.
Winter
Opera and concert seasons at the Teatro Lirico, and mild days for walking the old town.
Spring
The Holy Week processions pass through Villanova.
Summer
Free open-air theatre, music and circus at the Carmine festival, shows at the Exmà, and Poetto beach by bus.

Both studios are on the second floor, and the building has a lift.
